Most businesses do not need another software subscription — they need a person who reliably answers the phone, chases the invoice, books the appointment or prepares the file. We recruit, train, supervise and replace that person, across 15+ defined roles, at a fraction of local employment cost.
Each role below is a written specification with responsibilities, tooling and reporting attached — not a generic job title.

How placement works
Recruited to a specification, supervised after placement.
The failure mode of offshore staffing is not talent — it is unmanaged talent. Supervision and documented SOPs are part of the engagement, not an upsell.
01
Role specification
We write the specification with you: the tools involved, the volume expected, the hours to be covered, and the definition of a good week in that seat.
02
Sourcing and screening
Candidates are screened for language, sector familiarity and role-specific competence, then tested against a work sample built from your actual workflow.
03
Shortlist and interview
You interview a shortlist and choose. Nobody is placed into your operation without your own decision on the person doing the work.
04
Onboarding and supervision
We document the SOP, run the first-30-day ramp, and keep a supervisor accountable for output, coverage and continuity — including cover for absence.
Cost, honestly framed
Offshore staffing reduces the fully loaded cost of a seat substantially, but it is not free capacity. Expect real savings against local employment, plus the management overhead we absorb on your behalf. We will model your specific case before you commit.
Continuity, not churn
Every seat has documented procedures and a named supervisor, so absence, holiday or departure does not reset your operation to zero. Replacement is our responsibility, and the SOP survives the person.
Confidentiality
Staff work in your systems under your access controls, on signed confidentiality terms, with role-appropriate training for sectors where client information is privileged or protected.
Tell us the seat you cannot keep filled.
Send the role, the hours and the tools. We will come back with a specification, an indicative cost and a shortlist timeline — usually within two business days.
