A placement process built to survive month three.
Most remote hires look fine in week one. The test is whether the seat still runs well after the novelty fades, when someone is ill, or when volume doubles. Each stage below exists to make that true.
- Stage 01Day 0
Discovery call
We map the seat: the work, the tools, the hours, the volume and what a good week looks like. You leave with a written role specification.
- Stage 02Days 1–7
Sourcing and screening
Candidates are screened for language, role skills and sector experience, then complete a work sample built from your real workflow.
- Stage 03Days 7–14
Shortlist and interviews
You interview a shortlist of pre-qualified candidates and choose. Nobody is placed without your decision.
- Stage 04Weeks 1–2
Onboarding
We document the SOP with you, set up access and run a supervised ramp with QA on real work.
- Stage 05Ongoing
Supervision and reporting
A named supervisor tracks output, attendance and quality. You receive a weekly report and a monthly review. Replacement, if ever needed, is our responsibility.
What you do, and what we carry.
- Join a 30-minute discovery call
- Review the role specification
- Interview the shortlist and choose
- Give system access and direct the work
- Review the weekly report
- Write the specification and cost figure
- Source, test and screen candidates
- Handle employment, payroll and local compliance
- Document the SOP and run onboarding QA
- Supervise attendance, quality and KPIs
- Arrange cover and replacement when needed
The weekly report
Hours worked, the role's KPIs against target, notable issues and next week's priorities — one page, every week.
The monthly review
A call with the supervisor to review trends, adjust the SOP and decide whether the seat should change scope.
Replacement
If a seat is not working, we fix it with the supervisor first; if a new person is needed, we source them at no additional recruiting cost.
Tell us the seat you cannot keep filled.
Send the role, the hours and the tools. We come back with a written specification, a cost figure and a shortlist timeline — usually within two business days.
