About us

Growth is an operating problem, not an ad problem.

Dynamic Empowerment began as a performance marketing practice for legal, healthcare and financial firms. We kept meeting the same ceiling: campaigns produced qualified demand that internal teams did not have the coverage to convert. Dynamic Empowerment Staffing exists to close that gap — the same accountability, applied to the people behind the pipeline.

Two divisions, one accountability model.

Our marketing division runs acquisition: media buying, search, creative, direct response and the measurement layer that ties them to revenue. Our staffing division recruits, trains and supervises offshore specialists who occupy defined seats inside your business — reception, sales, bookkeeping, paralegal support, dispatch, administration and creative production.

Clients engage either division independently. When they engage both, one account lead owns the whole chain: the campaign that produces the inquiry, the person who answers it, and the report that shows what it cost to win.

How we operate

Six commitments we will be held to.

These are the standards we ask clients to measure us against, in writing, at every quarterly review.

We report against your economics

Impressions, clicks and rankings are diagnostics, not outcomes. Our reporting leads with cost per acquired client and the conversion rate your team achieved on what we sent.

We fix intake before we buy traffic

Spending into an operation that cannot answer the phone is the most expensive mistake in this industry. If the bottleneck is coverage, we say so — even when it means a smaller media budget.

Nothing is tribal knowledge

Strategy, qualification criteria, scripts and SOPs are written down and handed over. If our engagement ends, your operation keeps functioning.

Compliance is part of delivery

In legal, healthcare and financial marketing, consent capture, disclosure language and record retention are delivery requirements — reviewed before launch, not after a complaint.

We decline work we cannot move

If your unit economics cannot support acquisition at achievable market rates, we will tell you during the audit rather than sell you a retainer that fails slowly.

One team, two capabilities

Marketing and staffing sit under the same account leadership, so demand generation and the people answering it are planned together rather than negotiated between vendors.

Our mission

To give ambitious firms the acquisition capability and operational coverage usually reserved for organisations several times their size.

Who we serve

Law firms, healthcare practices and financial services companies on the marketing side; a far broader range of operators — services, logistics, property, commerce — on the staffing side.

How we charge

Transparent monthly retainers for marketing, with media spend held in your own accounts; per-seat monthly rates for staffing, inclusive of recruitment, training and supervision.
